Color-coated aluminum sheets use aluminum coils as the main material and architectural coatings as the auxiliary material. They go through a single-bake single-coat color-coated aluminum coil production line, unwinding - degreasing and decontamination before treatment - color-coated architectural coatings - air drying - testing - unwinding - packaging. It also uses double-bake double-coating and triple-bake triple-coating processing technology. Common types of aluminum coils are: 1060, 1100, 3003, 3004, 5052.

Our factory can produce color-coated aluminum sheets with thickness of 0.2-3.0mm (±0.02mm), width of 800-1600mm, customized length (max 6000mm), and support special specifications such as ultra-wide (2000mm). We provide PVDF fluorocarbon coating (weather resistance for 20 years), HDP high-performance polyester (color retention for 15 years), antibacterial coating, etc., which have passed the QUV3000 hour test, have self-cleaning and anti-scratch properties, and meet the AAMA 2605/GB/T 17748 standards, and are suitable for high-end fields such as curtain walls and medical treatment.

As a raw material, color-coated aluminum is used in outdoor construction, interior decoration, home appliance production, some transportation industries, and food packaging. It is made into plates through cutting, forming and other processes, and then made into aluminum products.

Weather resistance:

The paint pattern formed by continuous coating and high-temperature baking has high gloss retention, good color stability, and minimal color difference. The polyester paint is guaranteed for 10 years, and the fluorocarbon paint is guaranteed for more than 20 years.

Mechanical:

Select high-quality aluminum, plastic and adhesive, and adopt advanced composite technology. The product has the bending and folding strength required for decorative panels. Under the four-season climate conditions, changes in wind pressure, temperature, humidity and other factors will not cause bending, deformation, expansion, etc.

Environmental protection:

Resistant to salt, alkali and acid rain corrosion, will not corrode and produce toxic bacteria, will not release any toxic gases, will not cause rust on the keel and fixings, and flame retardant. According to national regulations, it is not lower than B1 grade.
