Galvalume Coil is a type of coated steel product that combines the corrosion resistance of aluminum with the strength and flexibility of zinc. It is produced by hot-dipping cold-rolled steel into an alloy composed of approximately 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon. Main Features
Corrosion resistance
When zinc is abraded, aluminum forms a dense layer of alumina that prevents further corrosion of the corrosive material inside.
Heat resistance
Aluminum zinc alloy steel has good heat resistance and can withstand high temperatures of more than 300 degrees Celsius.
Thermal reflexes
The heat reflectivity of Al Zn steel plate is very high, which is two times that of galvanized steel sheet.
Economical efficiency
Since the density of 55% AL-Zn is smaller than the density of Zn, the aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheet is more than 3% larger than the area of the plated steel sheet when the weight is the same and the thickness of the gold-plated layer is the same.
Galvalume Coil Process
Pre-treatment
Through the pre-treatment system, the contaminants on the surface of the base metal will be removed. It often includes degreasing, rinsing, pickling, etc.
Hot-dip Galvalume Process
After going through the annealing furnace, steel sheets are dipped into the Al-Zn pool. Then there is an air knife to remove the extra coating to keep the thickness of the coating.
Inspection & Coiling
The coated steel sheet will go through the quality control system and then be rolled up for sale.
So the structure of Galvalume steel includes: Base metal (cold-rolled steel sheets) The al-Zn coating layer (top and back sides)

electronic microwave ovens, LCD frames, CRT explosion-proof belts, LED backlights, electrical cabinets, etc.
☆ Agriculture: Used for pig houses, chicken houses, granaries, greenhouse pipes, etc.
☆ Others: Used for hot section insulation covers, heat exchangers, dryers, water heaters, etc.
☆Each bare coil to be securely tied with two bands through the eye of coil (or not) and one circumferential.
☆The contact points of these bands on the coil edge to be protect with edge protectors.
☆Coil then to be properly wrapped with water proof /resistant paper, it then to be properly and completely metal wrapped.
☆Wooden and iron pallet can be used or as your requirements.
☆And each packed coil to be properly wrapped with band, three-six such band through the eye of coil at about equal distance.
