HEYAN Production Lines
Based in Binzhou, we operate three production lines dedicated to coated and plated products. Additionally, we have invested in facilities for seamless steel pipes, stainless steel, aluminum profiles, and other items.
Galvanized Line
The image shows our first scissor line.
In June 2011, our first slitting line began operation. In the following years, we successively established and successfully put into operation three more galvanizing and color coating production lines. Currently, our annual output can reach 600,000 tons.
Prepainted Line
This is our second color coating production line.
In September 2012, our second color coating production line was officially established and put into production on December 12. It mainly produces color-coated galvanized coils, color-coated aluminum-zinc coated coils, color-coated aluminum coils, and color-coated stainless steel.
Our Inventory Warehouses
We have invested in various types of steel and participated in the construction of warehouses. We maintain inventory warehouses in various regions throughout China, ensuring we can promptly provide suitable products to meet customer requirements.
Our packaging
Heyan Steel has three types of steel coil packaging
Export-grade packaging
The second is standard kraft paper plus iron sheet packaging, which has a moderate cost;
Vertical steel coil packaging
The third is the vertical coil mode (coil core facing up), which prevents deformation caused by heavy goods squeezing, but has a higher cost.
Simple kraft paper packaging
The first is simple kraft paper packaging, which is suitable for short-distance transportation and has a low cost;

Methods of Galvanizing Steel
Galvanizing is a crucial process for protecting steel from corrosion by applying a protective zinc coating. Various methods are employed, making them suitable for different applications.
Hot-Dip Galvanizing
This is the most common method. The steel is dipped into a vat of molten zinc. It forms a thick, durable coating that can withstand heavy wear.
Galvannealing
After hot-dipping, the steel is reheated. This causes the zinc and steel to mix more thoroughly, creating a matte finish. It’s ideal for painting.
Pre-Galvanizing
This involves galvanizing steel in large coils before it's fabricated. It’s efficient for mass production but might leave edges exposed.
Electrogalvanizing
Here, the zinc coating is applied using an electric current. It creates a thinner layer that is smooth and ideal for use in automotive parts or home appliances.
