1100 Aluminum Sheet

1100 aluminum sheet is a high-purity (more than 99% aluminum content) aluminum alloy sheet, which is widely used for its good ductility, corrosion resistance and processing performance. It is a non-heat-treated strengthening material and is suitable for cold processing such as stamping and bending. 1100 aluminum sheet is mainly used to make industrial products that do not require high strength, such as billboards, household goods, food packaging, chemical equipment, and architectural decoration, due to its good corrosion resistance. It is also often used in interior decoration materials and some light-loaded structural parts.

Industrial pure aluminum plate has good elongation and tensile strength, good plasticity, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, relatively simple production process, relatively mature production technology, and huge price advantage over other high-end aluminum alloys. The disadvantages are low strength, non-heat treatment and strengthening, poor machinability, difficult brazing, and easy to deform under pressure.

Application: Mainly used in products with low strength requirements, such as automotive insulation boards, billboards, building exterior decoration, wall decoration, electrical lighting, heat exchangers, kitchen utensils, conductive materials, chemical equipment, electronic devices, inland ship equipment, various containers (wine tanks, pressure tanks, tea boilers, etc.), instruments and meters, signs (equipment

signs, highway signs, motor vehicle license plates, etc.), hardware cookware, and machine parts with low stress.

Processing fee: The processing fee covers all costs in the process of converting aluminum ingots to aluminum coils, including smelting, casting, rolling, shearing and other processes. The processing fee will vary depending on the processing difficulty and precision requirements.
