1070 Aluminum Sheet is a typical representative of the pure aluminum plate series (aluminum content ≥ 99.7%), with excellent electrical conductivity (about 62% IACS), thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and plastic processing performance, but low strength. Its chemical composition is simple, mainly containing trace impurities such as iron and silicon, and is suitable for fields with high requirements for electrical and thermal conductivity, such as electrode materials for power capacitors, shielding layers of electronic components, heat exchanger components and decorative materials. 1070 aluminum plate can improve hardness through cold working, has good welding performance, but poor cutting performance. Common states are O (annealing) and H (hardening) series. It is low cost and easy to recycle. It is one of the basic models of industrial pure aluminum.
