3A21 aluminum coil is an aluminum-manganese alloy material (corresponding to the old grade LF21), the main components of which are aluminum (about 98%), manganese (1.0%~1.6%) and a small amount of impurities. It is characterized by strong corrosion resistance (especially suitable for humid environments), moderate strength (higher than pure aluminum), good plasticity, easy stamping, welding and cold processing, but cannot be heat-treated and strengthened. It is often used in chemical equipment, building decoration, food packaging, vehicle interior and other fields with high anti-rust requirements. It is supplied in coil form for continuous processing and production.

As an aluminum-manganese alloy, 3A21 aluminum coil has excellent corrosion resistance (40% higher than pure aluminum) and good formability (elongation ≥15%). Its tensile strength reaches 110-145MPa and its conductivity is ≥45%IACS, which is particularly suitable for use in humid environments. The unique work hardening characteristics increase the strength by 30% after cold rolling while maintaining the lightweight advantage of 2.73g/cm³. The surface oxide film has significant self-repairing ability, and its service life in chemical and marine environments is more than 10 years. It is one of the most cost-effective rust-proof aluminum materials.
