Color Coated Aluminum Coil

Color-coated aluminum coils use aluminum coils as the main material and architectural coatings as the auxiliary material. They go through a single-bake single-coat color-coated aluminum coil production line, unwinding - degreasing and decontamination before treatment - color-coated architectural coatings - air drying - testing - unwinding - packaging. It also uses double-bake double-coating and triple-bake triple-coating processing technology. Common types of aluminum coils are: 1060, 1100, 3003, 3004, 5052.

As a raw material, color-coated aluminum is used in outdoor construction, interior decoration, home appliance production, some transportation industries, and food packaging. It is made into plates through cutting, forming and other processes, and then made into aluminum products.

Architectural decoration: roof panels, ceilings, sandwich panels, doors, windows, walls, etc.

Household appliances: range hoods, refrigerators, air conditioners, etc.

Transportation: car body shells, interior decoration, etc.

Food packaging: cans, bottle caps, etc.

1. Optimized substrate - using AA3003/AA5052 aluminum alloy, combined with high-precision cold rolling process (thickness 0.2-3.0mm±0.02mm) to ensure strength and flatness;

2. Coating technology - using PVDF fluorocarbon coating (70% fluorine content) or HDP high-performance polyester, passing QUV3000-hour aging test, color retention for more than 15 years;

3. Intelligent production line - equipped with a fully automatic roller coating system (German IST technology), realizing double coating and double baking process, film thickness control accuracy ±2μm;

4. Customization capability - supporting full customization of RAL color cards, and providing special coatings such as antibacterial and self-cleaning to meet high-end needs such as medical and clean rooms;

5. International certification - passing LEED, GB/T 17748 and other standards, exported to Europe and the United States without inspection.

1. Thickness range: 0.2mm~3.0mm (cold-rolled substrate), supporting ±0.02mm high-precision tolerance;

2. Width range: 800mm~1600mm (special width can be customized in strips);

3. Length range: 1000mm~6000mm (fixed-length cutting, error ≤1mm);

4. Coil specifications: inner diameter 508mm/610mm, outer diameter ≤1800mm, single coil weight ≤10 tons;

5. Special size: support non-standard customization such as ultra-wide (max 2000mm), ultra-thin (starting from 0.15mm).

All products comply with ASTM B209/EN 485 standards and are suitable for high-end application scenarios such as building curtain walls and transportation.
