AZ55 Galvalume Coil

AZ55 Galvalume Coil is a highly corrosion resistant material. It is made of cold rolled steel and coated with a coating consisting of 55% aluminum, 43.3% zinc and 1.6% silicon. It is also known as galvanized steel. Galvanized steel is more durable and longer lasting than galvanized steel and is a common material for outdoor roofing or siding, chimney breasts, painted steel substrates, etc.

(1) Pre-treatment: After the cold-rolled steel sheet arrives at the galvanized steel sheet workshop, it passes through the uncoiler, the degreasing section and the reduction furnace to clean the steel sheet and reduce its components to the level that can be galvanized.

(2) Central section: The key technology is this step. After passing through the zinc pot, a layer of zinc is plated on the surface of the steel sheet. After coming out of the zinc pot, it immediately becomes beautiful and atmospheric. Then, it passes through the cooling tower to cool and shape it. Cinderella becomes a beautiful princess.

(3) Post-treatment: After going through multiple processes, the steel sheet finally reaches the post-treatment stage. After finishing, straightening, passivation, it is finally rolled onto the winder to form our final product.

1. Letter of Credit (L/C) - preferred recommendation, protecting the rights and interests of both buyers and sellers, supporting the opening of letters of credit by international mainstream banks;

2. Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) - 30% advance payment + 70% payment upon seeing the copy of the bill of lading, efficient and convenient;

3. Documents against acceptance (D/P) - suitable for long-term cooperative customers, payment against documents reduces risks;

4. Western Union/MoneyGram - suitable for small orders, fast arrival.

AZ55 Galvalume Coil of Heyan Steel Structure adopts 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coating (Al-Zn), which has excellent corrosion resistance (better than ordinary galvanizing) and high temperature resistance (up to 315°C), and is widely used in building roofs/walls, home appliance panels (such as ovens, air conditioners), automobile exhaust pipes and agricultural storage facilities. Its coating has strong adhesion (ASTM B369 standard), good processing formability, and is suitable for stamping, bending and other processes. Its life span can reach 2-4 times that of ordinary galvanized sheets, and it is especially suitable for long-term use in high salt spray and high humidity environments.
