Aluminum H Beam

Aluminum H Steel is a high-performance structural profile extruded from 6000 series aluminum alloys (mainly 6061-T6 and 6063-T5), combining the excellent characteristics of light weight and high strength. Our Aluminum H Steel products are only 1/3 of steel in weight, with a tensile strength of more than 310MPa, making them particularly suitable for weight-sensitive construction projects and transportation equipment. Compared with traditional steel structures, Aluminum H Steel has better corrosion resistance and longer service life, making it an ideal choice for modern lightweight buildings.

Light weight:

Aluminum has a low density, and aluminum H-steel of the same volume is lighter than steel, which is conducive to reducing the dead weight of the structure, improving the load-bearing capacity and transportation efficiency. 

Corrosion resistance:

Aluminum will form an oxide film in the air, which has good corrosion resistance and performs better in humid or corrosive environments. 

High strength:

After special treatment, the strength of aluminum alloy materials can reach a higher level, meeting the load-bearing requirements of structural parts. 

Easy to process:

Aluminum H-steel can be easily cut, welded and processed, making it easy to build complex structures.

We have the industry-leading Aluminum H Steel professional production line, equipped with:

- 3600-ton heavy-duty aluminum extruder (German SMS technology)

- Online quenching system (water mist cooling)

- Fully automatic aging heat treatment furnace (temperature control accuracy ±2℃)

- Precision straightening machine (straightness ≤0.3mm/m)

- 3D laser detector (dimensional accuracy ±0.1mm)

Annual production capacity reaches 15,000 tons, and can produce various Aluminum H Steel profiles with a height of 50-400mm, meeting the requirements of international standards such as GB/T6892 and EN755. The factory has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, and the products are strictly controlled by third-party testing agencies.
