The surface oxide layer not only enhances wear resistance, but can also be customized in a variety of colors such as silver, champagne, and deep black, taking into account functionality and aesthetics. In addition, anodized aluminum H-steel has excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, is 100% recyclable, and conforms to the concept of green manufacturing. Factory Production Equipment

 

We use a fully automatic extrusion production line (5000T extruder) with a CNC finishing center to ensure that the dimensional tolerance of Anodized aluminum H Steel is controlled within ±0.1mm. The oxidation workshop is equipped with an anodizing tank imported from Germany, and the film thickness uniformity reaches the highest industry standard.

 

Product Packaging

 

Each profile is wrapped with PE film, covered with moisture-proof kraft paper, and packaged with customized wooden boxes or steel straps to avoid transportation scratches. Supports special requirements such as labeling and vacuum packaging.
