Galvanized Steel H Steel is a high-quality structural steel processed by hot-dip galvanizing process, forming a dense zinc layer on the surface of ordinary H-beam, which has excellent anti-corrosion performance. Our Galvanized Steel H Steel uses Q235B/Q355B substrate, with a zinc layer thickness of 80-120μm, and the corrosion resistance life is 5-8 times longer than that of ordinary steel. It is especially suitable for outdoor construction, humid environments and other engineering projects that require long-term rust prevention. It is an upgraded alternative product to traditional Carbon Steel H Steel.

Galvanized Steel H Steel packaging
1. Default packaging:
Our galvanized H-steel is usually bundled with strapping and shipped directly.
2. Protective film wrapping:
For newly customized GI H-steel, it is usually wrapped after bundling to prevent the surface from being scratched.
The wrapping material can be plastic film, PE film, etc., which plays a role in dustproof, waterproof and moisture-proof.
3. Anti-rust treatment:
H-steel is susceptible to corrosion, so it is usually treated with anti-rust before packaging.
Common anti-rust treatment methods include spraying anti-rust paint, applying anti-rust grease, etc.
For H-steel in special environments, more advanced anti-rust measures may be required, such as galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, etc.
