DX53D Galvanized Sheet

DX53D galvanized sheet refers to a steel plate with good cold forming performance and hot-dip galvanized corrosion protection, which complies with EN 10346 standard.

It is widely used in the fields of construction, automobiles, home appliances, etc., and is used to make roof panels, wall panels, carriages, various profiles, etc.

There are two types of packaging: galvanized sheets cut into fixed lengths and galvanized sheets in rolls. Generally, the packaging is made of iron sheets, lined with moisture-proof paper, and tied to the bracket with iron waists. The bundling must be firm to prevent the galvanized sheets inside from rubbing against each other.

Galvanized coil is a steel plate with zinc treatment on the surface. After galvanizing, it can effectively prevent the surface of steel from being oxidized and extend the service life of steel. The production process of galvanized coil mainly includes the following process steps:

1. Surface treatment: First, the surface of the steel plate to be processed is cleaned, degreased and rusted to ensure that the surface is clean and flat, so as to ensure the adhesion of the galvanized layer.

2. Pickling and phosphating: The surface-treated steel plate is treated by pickling and phosphating process to form a phosphate layer on the surface to improve its bonding with zinc.

3. Hot-dip galvanizing: The treated steel plate is treated by hot-dip galvanizing process, that is, the steel plate is immersed in high-temperature zinc liquid, so that the liquid zinc forms a uniform zinc layer on the surface of the steel plate.

4. Cold coil: The steel plate after hot-dip galvanizing is subjected to cold coiling process to make its surface smoother and flatter, and increase the brightness of the galvanized layer.

5. Cutting and packaging: Finally, the cold rolled galvanized coils are cut and packaged to produce galvanized coils of various specifications and sizes.

The entire galvanized coil processing process requires multiple steps to ensure that the steel plate surface is clean and flat, and the galvanized layer is evenly attached to achieve anti-corrosion and corrosion resistance.
