Product introduction
5052 aluminum tube is made of 5052 rust-proof aluminum alloy (Al-Mg series), containing 2.2%-2.8% magnesium and 0.15%-0.35% chromium, with excellent corrosion resistance (especially seawater and chemical media), medium strength (tensile strength 210-260MPa) and good plasticity. It can be hardened by cold working and has excellent weldability (suitable for argon arc welding). It is widely used in corrosion-resistant structural parts such as ship pipelines, automobile oil pipes, chemical transportation systems, refrigeration equipment and sports equipment. The common state is H32/H34 semi-hard state, with an outer diameter range of 6-250mm, and has both reliability and processing convenience.

5052 aluminum tube provides standard specifications with outer diameter of 8-350mm and wall thickness of 0.8-20mm, and the length can be customized to 15 meters. Made of 5052 aluminum-magnesium alloy (Mg content 2.2-2.8%), it complies with ASTM B241 standard, with outer diameter tolerance of ±0.15mm and wall thickness tolerance of ±8%. It supports multiple states such as O, H32, H34, and special specifications can be customized. The maximum single length can reach 18 meters (customization by appointment is required). The surface finish can reach Ra0.4μm, meeting the needs of high-precision fluid transmission.
