5005 aluminum tube belongs to Al-Mg series rust-proof aluminum alloy, containing about 0.8% magnesium, with excellent corrosion resistance, weldability and medium strength (tensile strength of about 125-185MPa). It is lightweight (density 2.71g/cm³), easy to process and can be anodized on the surface. It is suitable for fluid transportation, building structure, automotive parts, ship pipelines and furniture frames. The common states are O (soft state) and H12/H14 (semi-hard state). It has good ductility and economy, and is a general-purpose aluminum alloy tube commonly used in industry.

Application of 5005 aluminum tube

5005 aluminum tube is widely used in:

1. Fluid transportation: low-pressure pipelines such as refrigeration pipelines and hydraulic systems;

2. Transportation: automobile oil pipes, ship ventilation pipes and rail transit accessories;

3. Building decoration: handrails, guardrails, sun room frames and other structural parts;

4. Industrial equipment: heat exchanger components, mechanical transmission sleeves;

5. Furniture and home appliances: folding chair frames, air conditioning drain pipes, etc.

It has good weldability and can be anodized, taking into account both functionality and aesthetics, and is the preferred general industrial pipe.

Military-grade protective packaging solution

The 5005 aluminum tube adopts a four-level protective packaging system:

1. The tube body is wrapped with anti-rust PE film (VCI vapor phase corrosion inhibition technology)

2. Aluminum alloy protective caps are installed on the ends

3. Steel straps are tied and fixed to the fumigated wooden pallet (IPPC logo)

4. Special shockproof frame for containers (can withstand 3G acceleration)

Each bundle is limited to 500kg and comes with an RFID tracking tag, supporting transportation in an environment of -25℃~60℃, with an annual export packaging volume of more than 8,000 tons and a sea transportation damage rate of <0.03%.
