1050 aluminum tube provides a standard range of outer diameter 6mm-300mm, wall thickness 0.5mm-15mm, and the length can be customized to 12 meters. Made of high-quality 1050 pure aluminum (Al≥99.5%), with strict tolerance control (outer diameter ±0.1mm, wall thickness ±10%). Supports the production of various hardness states such as O state, H12, H14, etc., to meet different machining needs, especially suitable for high-precision fluid delivery systems.

1050 aluminum tube has excellent thermal conductivity (209W/m·K) and electrical conductivity (62%IACS), and its corrosion resistance is more than 3 times that of ordinary steel. Each aluminum tube is protected at both ends with a PVC sheath and covered with an anti-rust film. It is packaged in customized wooden boxes or steel frames with internal foam cushioning to ensure zero damage during transportation. Small-diameter pipes are packaged in bundles with PE wrapping film, and the weight of each bundle does not exceed 500kg. Nitrogen-filled anti-oxidation packaging can be provided upon special request, which is suitable for long-term sea transportation and storage.

Professional surface treatment
Provide a variety of surface treatment solutions: anodizing (film thickness 5-25μm), chemical polishing (Ra≤0.8μm), sandblasting (120-240 mesh) and powder spraying (thickness 60-120μm). For special applications, conductive oxidation or hard anodizing can be performed, and the surface hardness can reach above HV300. All treatment processes have passed the salt spray test (1000 hours).
