5A05 Aluminum Tube

5A05 aluminum tube belongs to Al-Mg series rust-proof aluminum alloy (national standard grade, corresponding to international 5056), with a magnesium content of about 5%, with military-grade corrosion resistance (especially seawater/salt spray corrosion resistance) and high strength (tensile strength ≥ 265MPa). It adopts H112/H32 and other states, specially designed for ship pipelines, marine engineering, and chemical fluid systems, supports welding/bending processing, and the surface can be anodized and strengthened. Compared with ordinary aluminum tubes, its service life in deep-sea environment is increased by more than 3 times, and it is a special pipe in the field of high-end equipment.

5A05 aluminum tube is mainly used in:

1. Ship system - seawater pipeline, ventilation duct, marine hydraulic pipe;

2. Marine equipment - submarine cable protection pipe, deep-sea detector structure;

3. Chemical engineering - acid and alkali resistant pipeline, reactor heat exchange tube;

4. Special vehicles - military/high-speed rail anti-corrosion fluid transmission system;

5A05 aluminum tubes are mainly exported to areas where shipbuilding and marine engineering are concentrated:

- Europe (accounting for 40%): Norwegian and German shipyards purchase for LNG carrier pipeline systems (certified by DNV·GL)

- Southeast Asia (accounting for 30%): Singapore and Vietnam offshore platform projects (compliant with API SPEC 5L standards)

- Middle East (accounting for 20%): UAE seawater desalination project (resistant to Cl- concentration of 5%)
