Aluminum tube production process
Seamless aluminum tube: produced by extrusion or perforation method, without welds, strong pressure bearing capacity, suitable for high pressure environment.
Welded aluminum tube: formed by aluminum plate rolling welding, low cost, suitable for general structural use.
Our factory
Our factory currently has 6 semi-continuous casting production lines and 44 other large-scale processing equipment, with an annual production capacity of 1.4 million tons. Mainstream packaging methods for aluminum pipes
Plastic film: used to wrap aluminum tubes to prevent surface oxidation and moisture contact.
Stretch film: tightly wrap aluminum tubes to increase stability and prevent friction during transportation.
Anti-rust or moisture-proof paper: for long-term storage or transportation in humid environments, it can provide additional protection against rust and moisture.
Foam plastic or bubble film: used for the inner layer protection of fragile or delicate aluminum tubes to reduce collision damage.
Wooden boxes or pallets: for long-sized or large-volume aluminum tubes, use wooden boxes or custom pallets to fix them and enhance overall stability.
